Fortunately, the surgery went well; therefore, Taylor began to pay attention to his recovery. He wanted to recover just in time to play again. After three weeks of surgery, the doctor praised him for his quick recovery and allowed the player to continue playing.

Taylor revealed that his knee surgery was one of the reasons for him not being able to play in the Olympics that year. But he hopes that he can represent his country in the Olympics one day and bring home some big titles.
