Miles Simon is one of the most popular and richest Basketball Player who was born on November 21, 1975 in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden. He joined the Los Angeles Lakers as assistant coach on June 27, 2017.
Simon was named as the assistant coach for Lute Olson, his college head coach. His alma mater won the conference championship in 2005 and reached the Elite Eight in March 2005. He was an assistant coach until May 2008 when the Arizona athletics department announced that his contract as a coach would be terminated.
Simon was a college graduate who played five games for the Orlando Magic in the 1999 NBA season. Simon played two seasons with the Dakota Wizards of CBA. He led them to the 2002 CBA championship. Simon was the most decorated CBA player, receiving enough honors and awards in 2001-2002. He was named the CBA Player of Week four times. He was also named the CBA Newcomer-of-the Year, CBA MVP and Playoff MVP. He holds the CBA record of 60 free throws in a row.
