Charles Edward Scott Jr. (born August 8 1988) is an ex- American player who played football as a running back. He was drafted by Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL draft. He played for the college team on the team at Louisiana State University.
Scott was accepted by the New York Giants from the Cardinals the practice squad on the 6th of September in 2010. Scott was put on the Giants team’s practice team.
Scott was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round (200th overall) in the 2010 NFL Draft. He was signed to a four-year, $1.88 million contract on June 2, 2010.
In the opening game of the 2008 season in the season-opener against Appalachian State, Scott ran for 56 yards which was one of only two touchdowns of the campaign to the Tigers. Scott also ran for a record-setting 160 yards and scored two touchdowns in the game. The 160 yards he ran for were the highest for any LSU athlete ever since Alley Broussard broke the school record by rushing 250 yards against Ole Miss Rebels in 2004.
